Youth Arrested For Allegedly For Kidnapping, Sexually Assualting Minor in Srinagar: Police
Srinagar, October 29:(GNS) Police on Saturday said that it has arrested a person for allegedly kidnapping, sexually assaulting a minor in central Kashmir’s Srinagar district.
Taking on to micro- blogging twitter, Srinagar Police wrote, “A minor girl of around 13 years (name withheld) was kidnapped & sexually assaulted by one Adil Shafi Hajam (21 yrs) S/o Md Shafi Hajam R/o Syed colony,Nishat. FIR No 61/22 U/s 366, 376 IPC & 3/4 POCSO Act reg. at Rajbagh PS. Special team was constituted & the accused was arrested,”.(GNS)
