Police Hospital Jammu conducts plantation drive
Jammu, 25 August: Plantation drive program was carried out by Police Hospital Jammu today by planting different types of trees in the premises of this Hospital as well as in the District Police Lines, Jammu in collaboration with Aragohya Bharti with great enthusiasm.
Medical Superintendent Dr. Meenakshi Kotwal, alongwith Mr. Abhishek Sharma, Mr. Lokesh Bali, Mr. Mohit Bakshi from Aragohya Bharti and Doctors of this hospital participated in the plantation drive.
On this occasion Dr. Kotwal said that every day should be treated as Van Mahotsav and plants should be grown to keep the environment green, clean, safe and healthy. Tree plantation is one of the best activities for making the planet greener, livelier, and healthier. Planted trees help our biodiversity, ensure the supply of oxygen for the next generations and provide us with various resources. So we should plant more and more trees.
