Commissioner Visits Noorbagh Palpora.
Commissioner Srinagar Municipal Corporation Mr Athar Amir Khan today visited Noorbagh Palpora to take stock of Drainage related works.
He was accompanied by various senior Officers of the Corporation including Joint Commissioner Works, S.E Drainage and other senior officers of the Corporation.
He visited SDA boatman Colony at Noorbagh Shaheen Mohhala Rakh colony where he directed S.E Drainage to invite tenders for already submitted DPR for construction proper Drainage in the area.
The locals of the area who have been suffering in absence of proper Drainage system in place have been assured by Commissioner to resolve their issue at an earliest.
Directions were also issued for immediate cleaning of drainage system in the SDA boatman colony..
Meanwhile at Palpora Commissioner noticed one illegal construction of shop lines and at site passed on directions to Chief Enforcement Officer for its immediate demolition .
