Commissioner SMC Mr Athar Amir Khan today held a detailed review meeting with Works Division of SMC under different account heads.
Meeting was attended by Joint Commissioner Works, FA/ CAO, S.E Drainage, ADP, Xens’s of Right River works and left River Works, and other officials.
During the course of meeting Commisioner SMC Mr Athar Aamir stressed on timely completion of works and strictly directed the concerned to maintain quality of works including lanes drains and tile works etc.
while reviewing various works of each sub division, Mr Athar said Quality audit of works in progress including the completed works needs to be conducted.
He also reviewed Head wise Physical/ Financial status of works including city drainage division and passed on directions to expedite with all the works that are in place and meet the deadlines already set for completion of various works..
The Physical Financial status of major projects under city grants , SMRDA projects(Srinagar Metropolitan Regional Development Authority) were also reviewed on the occassion.
