SMC Conducts Sunday for Srinagar Drive
Srinagar 17 October Sunday: SMC conducted special sanitation/ cleanliness drive under Sunday for Srinagar Initative at STP road Babdem , old Barzulla Bund upto flood Channel Tengpora and other adjoining areas.
Meanwhile Commissioner SMC Mr Athar Amir Khan besides participating in the drive also visited Dargah Hazratbal to take stock of sanitation and other allied functions and tasks to be taken care of by SMC in view of upcoming Eid Milaad.
He has directed to ensure proper sanitation and functioning of street lights on the occasion so that devotees visiting the Shrine do not face any inconvenience .
SMC teams are doing continuous intensive sanitation in & around the Hazratbal Shrine in view of the eve of Eid-i-Miladun Nabi. Dedicated teams for management of stray animals are being put at site.
