2 Injured in Boniyar Road Mishap

Baramulla Oct 20 (GNS): Two persons were injured, one of them critically, after a car they were travelling in skidded off a road in Pehlipora Boniyar of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, officials said.
They said that a maruti car bearing registration number JK05B-7717 skidded off the road resulting in injuries to two persons identified as Aijaz Ahmad Sheikh of Pehlipora Boniyar and Mohammad of Rohama Rafiabad.
The duo was immediately evacuated and rushed to PHC Sheeri for treatment, they told GNS.
When contacted, Block Medical Officer Sheeri Dr Rudiyana confirming the incident told GNS that the duo was referred to GMC Baramulla for preferential treatment. “One of the injured – Mohammad Asif – has received head injuries and his condition seems critical as of now”, the medical officer said.
