Police launches ‘JKecop’ App to avail emergency services in JK
Srinagar, CNS,29-Aug: The J&K Police has launched online mobile application for people to get emergency services including lodging an FIR at the click of a button.
In a statement issued, police spokesman said that the app enables the citizens to use a host of services ranging from registering a complaint to downloading a copy of FIR.
“It is single window solution for almost all police related issues like lodging complaint (FIR), giving information, reporting traffic violation, seeking emergency help, status of highway, details of a case, paying challan online, getting character certificate, doing tenant/PG verification etc”, it read
Meanwhile, police has urged general public to take full advantage of this app, underlining it will ease all emergency police related services.(CNS)
