Independent Candidate Nazir Gilkar Files Nomination for Habba Kadal Constituency
Srinagar, J&K -Independent candidate Nazir Gilkar today filed his nomination form to contest the upcoming Assembly Election from the 21 Habba Kadal constituency.
The nomination form was accepted by the returning officer, paving the way for Gilkar’s candidacy.
“I am contesting to address the long-standing issues of Habba Kadal and ensure development, transparency, and accountability,” Nazir Gilkar said.
As an independent candidate, Gilkar promises to work tirelessly for the welfare of the people, free from party politics.
