Kashmir , 25 January: On the occasion of National Voters’ Day, pledge ceremonies were held in all companies of IRP 21st BN across Kashmir. The main function was organized in the lawns of headquarter Parihaspora, Pattan
DySP Shri Farooq Ahmad wani administered Voters pledge to the Police officers, and personnels of Headquarters
The oath taking ceremony was attended by all senior officers /officials and jawans.
The theme of this year’s National Voters Day celebration is “Making Elections Inclusive, Accessible and Participative”.
The officers/personnel took pledge to uphold the democratic tradition of our country and the dignity of free, fair and peaceful elections and to vote in every election fearlessly and without being influenced by considerations of religion, race, caste, community, language or any inducement.
