ADGP conducts joint darbar at Parihaspora Pattan.
Srinagar 19 May ,Saleem CNS: S.J.M Gillani-IPS, Additional DGP Armed J&K today visited APC Parihaspora and conducted darbar of manpower of IRP-3rd, IRP-9th, IRP-20th & 21st Bns. jointly to take the stock of the welfare and functioning of the manpower of IRP Units and issue necessary instructions in connection with preparation of nafri for forthcoming SANJAY duties.
According to CNS While addressing the Darbar the ADGP issued necessary instructions/ guidelines to the Commandants regarding L&O and other sensitive duties during forthcoming Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra. He directed the Commandants to keep the requisitioned manpower ready in all respects including imparting soft skill training to the nafri for SANJY duty.
Initially the ADGP Armed inaugurated newly renovated Wet Canteens of IRP-3rd & IRP-9th Bns. and Recreation Hall of IRP-9th Bn.
During darbar a number of officers/ Jawans put-forth their personal/ collective grievances. The ADGP listen to the grievance of officials patiently and assured them that their genuine grievance will be redressed on merits.
The ADGP also interacted with the officers and jawans in a cordial atmosphere to boost their moral. He advised them to take care of their health by doing regular exercise, yoga, play games and taking healthy and hygienic diet.
Earlier Commandant IRP-3rd Bn. Hakim Mohd Munshi-SSP in his welcome address expressed his gratitude to the ADGP for visiting APC Parihaspora. He apprised the ADGP about the manpower and functioning affairs of the Unit in detail.
The ADGP Armed was accompanied by his Staff Officer Sh. Mahmood Ahmad–SSP, Pvt. Secty. Sh. Syed Sajad Hussain, DySP (Pers.) Sh. Ab. Hamied and PA Sh. Abdul Rashid PA. The darbar was attended by Commandants of all the four Units housed in APC Parihaspora including Shri Abdul Qayoom-IPS Commandant IRP-9th Bn., Shri Baqar Samoon-SSP Commandant IRP-20th Bn., Shri Javid Ahmad-SSP I/c Commandant IRP-21st Bn. Shri Liaqat Ali-SSP, SSP APCR Kashmir & Dy. Commandants and other GOs of these Units besides manpower of four Units.(CNS)
