HF Foundation organised legendary singer Ghulam Mohammad Dar and Ab.Rashid Farash Memorial Annual Award function at Kashmir Harvard Educational Institute Habbak Srinagar Kashmir.
Many artists, poets, writers, social activists, photo journalists, and actors were felicitated.
Speaking on the occasion Chairman HF Foundation Mr. Arshid Dar in his vote of thanks highlighted the role played by the awardees in their respective fields. A pen sketch by a young artist Mr. Ishfar was awarded to the family of Mr.Farash.
