Hon’ble Deputy Mayor SMC tours Srinagar parts to take review of various developmental works.
SMC Headquarters Srinagar, December 26, 2022: The Hon’ble Deputy Mayor Srinagar, Mr Parvaiz Ahmad Qadri today toured different localities in the city to take the first hand review of various developmental works carried out by the Corporation. He was accompanied by Hon’ble Corporator for Ward No.45 (Doulatabad), Mr Zubair Fayaz Dar and Mrs.Gulshan Abroo Hon’ble Coporator Ward No.37 (Munawarabad). The Joint Commissioner (Works), SMC, Assistant Executive Engineer (S&D 1st UEED), Assistant Executive Engineer (CDC), SMC Assistant Executive Engineer (RRWD Nowpora) and Senior officials from SMC were also accompanying the team on the occasion. visiting Bagh-I-Roop Singh, Mirza Bagh , Maskeen Bagh Poshbagh Colony and Konkhan Srinagar, Mr Parvaiz took the onspot review of development works and other civic services being provided by SMC. While expressing gratitude to the visiting officials, the representatives of these areas have thanked the Hon’ble Deputy Mayor, Srinagar for the visit and requested for providing the facilities like:
01. Construction/repairing of various Culverts at Bagh-I-Roop Singh & Poshbagh Colony Srinagar
02. Reconstruction of damaged pipe drain at Bagh-I-Roop Singh Srinagar
03. Laying of new tap water pipe line at Bagh-I-Roop Singh Srinagar
04. Construction of damaged lane & drain at Bagh-I-Roop Singh, Mirza Bagh , Maskeen Bagh Poshbagh Colony and Konkhan Srinagar
05. Side development at konkhan Srinagar
While giving patient hearing to the demands made by the local representatives,the Hon’ble Deputy Mayor Srinagar issued on spot directions to the concerned officers to take appropriate necessary action with respect to the demands made and asked for the timely redressal of grievances of Bagh-I-Roop Singh, Mirza Bagh , Maskeen Bagh Poshbagh Colony and Konkhan Srinagar residents.
The Hon’ble Deputy Mayor has ensured representatives of full cooperation from SMC.
